2. What Data We Collect

• Appointment bookings via Cal.com (name, email if provided, phone, message)
• Website usage data via Google Analytics (anonymized)
• Customer records and accounting via clickbook.ch (only during active consulting)

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The data is used exclusively for appointment handling, technical consulting, bookkeeping and operational (ops) support, and improving my services. No data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Providers & Data Processing

• Cal.com – Appointment booking (EU servers, GDPR compliant)
• Google Analytics – Anonymized usage analysis
• clickbook.ch – Customer records and accounting
• Grok Bot / xAI – AI assistant supporting operations and bookkeeping. On my instruction, the assistant may access data in clickbook.ch (customer records and accounting). Not used for advertising.

5. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

• Information, correction, deletion of your data
• Objection to processing
• Data portability

Just send me an email – I will process your request within 48 hours.

6. Retention

Appointment data is deleted or anonymized after the consultation is completed. The customer file is only maintained for as long as the business relationship exists.

7. Cookies & Consent Mode

On your first visit a cookie banner appears. By default, analytics and advertising storage (Google Consent Mode v2: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to “denied”. Only if you choose “Accept analytics” is analytics_storage granted — advertising parameters stay denied. “Essential only” keeps everything denied. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
